Operational Dashboard

Real-time aggregated KPIs: alarms by severity, tasks by status, trends, anomalies, SLA, and heat maps. Comprehensive view of the operational health of your entire fleet.

Operational Dashboard

Managing an industrial plant requires having an immediate answer to a simple question: how is everything right now? Rela AI's Operational Dashboard concentrates the most important indicators of operation status on a single screen — without needing to open multiple systems or wait for reports from the previous shift.

The dashboard is designed for control room screens, shift startup meetings, and executive reviews. Each widget shows real-time data that updates automatically, with visualizations that allow detecting abnormal situations at a glance. A coordinator can assess the full operation status in 30 seconds.

The difference from a simple alert list is intelligent aggregation: the dashboard doesn't show every individual event, but patterns and trends that reveal whether the situation is improving or deteriorating. That transforms information into actionable context.

What is it for?

  • Get a comprehensive view of operational status without navigating multiple systems
  • Detect alarm concentrations by area, shift, or equipment type
  • Monitor the progress of maintenance tasks in real time
  • Identify degradation trends before they become failures
  • Verify SLA compliance for the current shift instantly
  • Facilitate shift startup meetings with objective, updated data

How does it work?

The Operational Dashboard aggregates data from all Rela AI modules into a set of configurable widgets:

Alarms KPIs by severity: Counter of active alarms grouped by level (critical, high, medium, low). Allows seeing at a glance whether an emergency situation is active and how many pieces of equipment require immediate attention versus how many are in monitoring.

Task status by category: Chart showing the distribution of tasks by status (pending, in progress, completed, overdue) for the current period. Identifies whether there's an accumulation of unattended tasks or a bottleneck in execution.

Anomaly trends: Time series showing the evolution of the number of anomalies detected by the predictive system over the last few days. A growing trend is an early warning signal about the general state of the fleet.

Asset heat map: Visualization by production area or line where the color of each cell represents the aggregated risk level of assets in that zone. Green = normal operation, yellow = some assets in monitoring, red = critical assets present.

Real-time SLA compliance: Indicator of the percentage of current shift tasks that are within committed SLA times. Updates every time a task changes status.

Fleet summary: Quick counters of total assets, assets in normal operation, assets with alerts, and assets out of service. Provides the overall context of fleet status at a glance.

Automatic updates: All widgets update in real time without needing to reload the page. Changes in asset status, new alarms, and task updates are reflected automatically.

Using the Dashboard

The Operational Dashboard is the default home screen when logging into Rela AI. You can also access it from the home icon in the side menu or by navigating to Home > Operational Dashboard.

Full screen for control rooms: Click the full screen icon in the upper right corner to activate kiosk mode. The dashboard expands to fill the entire screen, ideal for dedicated monitors in control rooms.

Configure widgets: Click "Customize" to rearrange widgets according to importance for your role. You can show or hide specific widgets and change their relative size in the grid.

Filter by area or site: If your organization has multiple sites or areas, use the selector at the top of the dashboard to filter all widgets to a specific area. Useful for coordinators responsible for a section of the plant.

Navigate from widgets: Each widget is interactive. Clicking an alarm counter takes you to the filtered list of those alarms. Clicking a cell in the heat map shows the assets in that area. This makes the dashboard a central navigation point in addition to a status view.

Analysis period: Trend and SLA compliance widgets have a period selector (current shift, today, last week, last month) that allows adjusting the analysis window according to the review context.
