Rela AI is a recommendation, analytics and orchestration platform, not an autonomous control system. We detect CCP deviations, anomalies and impending failures, and recommend corrective actions. Your team approves every action before it runs on equipment.
The 7 layers
Rela AI is organised in seven layers that share a single asset / process graph. They are not modules sold as separate products: they are different lenses on the same plant.

The seven layers share the same asset and process graph: the same extruder, oven or cooling tunnel shows up at once as a HACCP CCP, an OEE node, a condition-monitored asset and a LOTO point. That unification is what makes Rela a Plant OS rather than yet another dashboard.
