What is Rela AI
Rela AI is a platform that lets you create intelligent agents that operate autonomously across multiple communication channels. Communication channels
- WhatsApp — Chat agents that automatically respond to messages via WhatsApp Business. They include intelligent session management, conversational context, and built-in anti-spam protection.
- Email — Agents that process inbound emails, extract information from attachments using AI vision, and respond automatically via Postmark.
