Registration and Setup
This is the first page you'll read after getting access to Rela AI. In 10-15 minutes you'll have your account created, your organization configured and a first module ready to go.
What is it for?
- Create the account and the organization from scratch, self-service.
- Choose the onboarding path that matches the primary use case (conversational agents vs predictive maintenance vs food safety).
- Reach the first "hello world" — agent replying or event flowing in — in the same session.
How it works
Registration is self-service: form → email verification → organization setup → dashboard landing. Once inside, the initial screen offers 4-5 paths based on what you picked during setup (conversational, predictive, quality, food safety). Each path is a sequence of actionable steps with direct links to the matching wizard.
When to use this
You have just discovered Rela AI and want to get started. This guide takes you from account creation to your first dashboard login.
Real-world example: Your company just adopted Rela AI to automate customer support via WhatsApp. The first step is to register your account and set up your organization.
Create an Account
- Go to the registration page on your Rela AI instance.
- Fill in the form with:
- Full name
- Corporate email
- Password
- Organization name
- Accept the terms of use and privacy policy.
- Your account will be in a pending approval state until an administrator activates it.
Sign In
Once your account is approved, sign in with your email and password. You will be redirected to the main Dashboard.
Organization Structure
Rela AI organizes information by tenant (organization). Each tenant has:
- Its own agents (WhatsApp and email)
- Its own data collections
- Its own configured tools
- Its own departments and staff
- Its own conversation history
After registration: choose your path
Once inside the dashboard, your next step depends on what you want to achieve:
