Registration and Setup
How to register and set up your Rela AI account.
When to use this
You have just discovered Rela AI and want to get started. This guide takes you from account creation to your first dashboard login.
Real-world example: Your company just adopted Rela AI to automate customer support via WhatsApp. The first step is to register your account and set up your organization.
Create an Account
- Go to the registration page on your Rela AI instance.
- Fill in the form with:
- Full name
- Corporate email
- Password
- Organization name
- Accept the terms of use and privacy policy.
- Your account will be in a pending approval state until an administrator activates it.
Sign In
Once your account is approved, sign in with your email and password. You will be redirected to the main Dashboard.
Organization Structure
Rela AI organizes information by tenant (organization). Each tenant has:
- Its own agents (WhatsApp and email)
- Its own data collections
- Its own configured tools
- Its own departments and staff
- Its own conversation history
After registration: choose your path
Once inside the dashboard, your next step depends on what you want to achieve:
