HACCP — Critical Control Points

Define the points in your production where food safety is mandatory. Rela monitors your sensor data against absolute limits (not statistical) and triggers corrective action workflows when deviations occur.

  • Absolute limits: Unlike anomaly detection (statistical), HACCP limits are fixed. If your oven must be at >=165 degrees C, that doesn't change.
  • Grace period: Configure how many seconds a deviation can last before requiring action.
  • Corrective actions: Workflow to document what happened, what was done, and product disposition.
