Branding & White Label

Configure your company's visual identity for reports, emails, and the platform interface. Apply your logo, colors, and company name to everything Rela AI generates.

Branding & White Label

The Branding module lets you configure your company's visual identity across everything Rela AI generates: PDF reports, automatic emails, and — on Professional and Enterprise plans — the entire platform interface with your own logo and colors. When the agent generates a report or sends a notification, it does so with your company's image.

What is it for?

For companies that deliver reports to clients or that need all documents to carry the corporate identity, configuring branding once and having it apply automatically to everything saves time and guarantees consistency. There is no need to add the logo manually to each report or worry about using the correct colors.

Main use cases:

  • Maintenance service providers: all reports delivered to clients come out with the service company's brand
  • Industrial plants with multiple areas: each area can have its own branding variant within the same account
  • Companies using Rela AI as their own platform (White Label): the complete interface appears with their brand, with no mention of Rela AI

How does it work?

There are two levels of brand configuration:

Report branding — Configured in the Branding section and applied to generated PDFs. Each report can select which brand configuration to use. This allows having multiple configurations: one for internal reports, another for clients, another for external audits.

Full White Label — Available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Allows changing the logo in the navigation bar, the interface colors, the application name, and using a custom domain. The platform appears with your brand, not Rela AI's.

How to use it?

Configure branding for reports

  1. Go to Settings > Branding (or Admin > Branding) in the sidebar.
  2. Click New Brand Configuration.
  3. Fill in the fields:
FieldDescriptionWhere it appears
NameInternal name for this configurationOnly in the branding list
Company nameCorporate nameReport header
Logo URLURL of the logo in PNG or JPG formatTop corner of the report
Header linesAdditional information next to the logoNext to the logo (division, phone)
Right textText aligned to the right of the header"Confidential", "For internal use"
Footer textMessage at the bottom of each pageNext to the date and page number
  1. Save the configuration.
  2. When creating a report, select this brand configuration in the "Branding" field.

Configure White Label (Professional and Enterprise plans)

  1. Go to Admin > White Label Configuration.
  2. Upload your company logo and define the primary and secondary colors in hexadecimal format.
  3. Enter your application name (e.g., "Industrial Maintenance System").
  4. If you have a custom domain (e.g., maintenance.yourcompany.com), register it here.
  5. Activate White Label.

The platform will immediately display your brand in the navigation bar and in all emails the system sends.

Verify a custom domain

If you configure a custom domain:

  1. The system generates a DNS verification record (TXT record).
  2. Configure that record with your domain provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.).
  3. Verification can take up to 24 hours.
  4. Once verified, configure a CNAME record pointing to custom.relaai.com.
  5. The system monitors that the DNS record remains active — if the record is removed, the custom domain is automatically deactivated.

Branding changes to the White Label interface are reflected immediately across all active sessions. Users already logged in will see the new logo and colors without needing to refresh.

Key benefits

  • Corporate logo and colors on all PDF reports without manual configuration per report
  • Multiple brand configurations for different audiences (clients, internal teams, audits)
  • Full White Label for service providers who want to present the platform as their own
  • Verified custom domain — the platform URL can be yourcompany.com
  • Automatic system emails are sent with your logo and company name

Common use cases

Scenario 1: Maintenance service provider The company "TechMaint Inc." provides maintenance services to 12 industrial plants. They configure branding with their logo, corporate colors, and tagline. When the AI agent generates a monthly maintenance report for a client, the PDF automatically comes out with TechMaint's logo and colors — professional, consistent, with no manual work per report.

Scenario 2: Multiple brand configurations A company has two types of reports: internal (for the maintenance team) and external (for the end client of the service). They create two brand configurations: "Internal Brand" with the plant logo and text "Internal Use — Confidential," and "Client Brand" with the client's logo and no confidentiality markings. When generating each report, they select the corresponding configuration.

Scenario 3: White Label platform for a systems integrator A systems integrator wants to offer its clients "their own monitoring system." With the Enterprise plan, they configure White Label: upload their logo, define their corporate blue and gray colors, enter the name "IndustrialPro Monitor," and configure the domain monitor.industrialpro.com. Their clients access the platform at that URL and see "IndustrialPro Monitor" — Rela AI operates in the background but is not visible to the end user.
