WhatsApp Numbers
How to register and connect WhatsApp numbers.
Register a Number
- Go to WhatsApp > Numbers.
- Click Register Number.
- Assign an identifying name.
Connect via QR
After registering, you need to connect the number:
- Open the number's detail page.
- A QR code will be displayed.
- Open WhatsApp on your phone.
- Go to Linked devices > Link a device.
- Scan the QR code.
Once connected, the status will change to Connected and display the phone number.
Number Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Registered but not connected |
| Connected | Linked and ready to use |
| Disconnected | Lost connection (needs reconnecting) |
Assign to an Agent
A connected number is assigned to a WhatsApp agent during agent creation or editing. A number can only be assigned to one agent at a time.
